When I decided to get a new car, Ron White, was so easy to work with and helped me pick out the perfect new car. Since then, I have had several occasions to bring it into the service department. Jesse is wonderful. Along with the rest of the staff, they seem to all work together to provide the best experience possible. More

Had motor mounts replaced and etc. Did ok job on my vehicle , but noticed attention to detail on the mechanics is lacking. They had my vehicle over the weekend and top cover on engine was not secured, and some bracket on the right side of engine compartment not attached. If you are going to provide cleaning as a complimentary service, please don't leave streaks on paint. So I said 3 stars because did the job of replacing motor mounts. More

My first visit to a Mercedes Dealership The initial visit was to replace the Tamara airbag on the drivers side. That repair was completed in a timely manner and one would assume it will work The initial visit was to replace the Tamara airbag on the drivers side. That repair was completed in a timely manner and one would assume it will work properly if I am involved in a collision. Then I decided to replace a seatbelt that would not retract. That was completed to my satisfaction. I asked them to check my brakes and rotors ro determine if they were causing the car to vibrate when braking. They checked and said the rotors and brake pads were good! Then they suggested that they replace them( even though they said they were not faulty. I asked if that would have a warranty? I was told NO! So Mercedes wants to replace something that is not broken according to the repair person but if that doesn't fix the problem there would be no warranty! This is not good business as far as I am concerned. This leads me to believe I will not own another Mercedes vehicle. you couldn't find the problem but you want to TEST a possible fix at my expense! I don't think that is a reputable way to conduct business and get return customers. Do you? More
