Linda, We are sorry to hear that your visit wasn’t completely up to your expectation. We have spoken with our loaner car personnel and asked them to make sure they always ask customers if they have any questions regarding the operation of a loaner car. As far as the brakes go this matter will take a far more in-depth conversation. We would be happy to explain the position regarding the brakes and warranty as they relate to your issue over the phone or in person as too much may be lost in translation in a medium such as this.
