It was to fix my key battery again Key battery kept going out in every two weeks! 5 trips! This time they said it was a bent something in were the battery was & fix it. Failure to take care of customer On September 12, 2017, I went to the service center to obtain an estimate for a cracked headlight. The service person I spoke with told me that he w On September 12, 2017, I went to the service center to obtain an estimate for a cracked headlight. The service person I spoke with told me that he would call me with the price to fix it and would check to find out if they could obtain a used one to replace it. I never received a call back from Mercedes of OKC. Subsequently, I have found another Mercedes repair shop to replace it. More
