Pleasant experience from out-of-state buyer I traveled from California to test drive and purchase a used 2016 MB AMG GTS. They were helpful, provided accurate information about the car prior to my arrival in OKC, and were pleasant and courteous when I arrived to test drive the car. They actually arranged to pick me up at the airport, and promised to give me a ride back, even if I did not purchase the car. The car was in perfect condition when I arrived, and the test drive went smoothly. James took extra time to explain features of the car. I ended up buying the car and the purchase transaction was smooth and quick. I would like to thank Amie, Brian and James for their professional manner and courteous treatment on my visit to OKC. My MBOKC Experience Recently I bought a 2015 CPO S63 from your dealership. While everyone I dealt with long distance was very good, Brian Koons was absolutely super and Recently I bought a 2015 CPO S63 from your dealership. While everyone I dealt with long distance was very good, Brian Koons was absolutely super and he singlehandedly made the difference between whether or not I bought the car. I was hesitant in spending such a large amount on a used car that I could not inspect in person. He worked patiently with me to alleviate those concerns at the same time he worked out a deal that was within my budget (barely :-) In fact, he helped arrange financing that made the difference on whether or not I could make the deal. In the future, I will look at inventory at MB OKC when settling on a new car, and I will also recommend that friends who are buying from out of state, also check your dealership near the top of their list. Brian Koons set a standard for professionalism and customer service that is rare nowadays and I thought my experience with him should be brought to your attention. Need offers for services I've been coming to the dealer ship for everything I have on my car ( small and big fixing ) I haven't change even my oil outside the dealership!
