He did not try to upsell me on services that the car did not need and he delivered the vehicle to me on his way home because it was more convenient for me. The car was clean when I received it, and the new wiper blades were in the trunk since my wiper blades were fine. This is my fourth Mercedes, and I had no idea new wiper blades came with the B service, and I suspect the dealerships before simply didn't bother to change the blades nor give me the new ones. And, as always, Frank Charles was wonderful in facilitating the loaner vehicle for me. More
