The service that was provided at Mercedes- Benz of Ontario fell nothing short of excellent. As soon as I entered the receptionist greeted with a smile and lead me to Ming Marcum. The sales associate introduced himself in a professional manner yet had a very welcoming personality. Ming was very helpful in providing answers to all of my question, and took the time to understand the features i was looking for. It was very refreshing to be with a sales associate that understood what i wanted, and never pressured nor wasted my time looking at cars I had no interest in. He made it easy to understand every detail of the purchase, and always kept in mind my needs as a customer. Though I understand this is always a time consuming process, Ming was very understanding about my time constraint. I would definitely recommend this dealership but most importantly i would recommend MING MARCUM. He was caring, understnading, and took the time to listen to all of my needs, and questions.The pricing was fair, and the service was Amazing.
