By the early 1990s, Ted Jones had a clear vision of the expansion direction he wanted his business venture to take, and in 1991, he purchased a bankrupt luxury auto dealership in the affluent community of Newport Beach setting his plan in motion to create one of the Nation's largest Mercedes-Benz center. After completing construction, and fine-tuning the operation to run like a Swiss watch, he has applied the same business principles to the additional dealerships that make up the Fletcher Jones Fine Family of Dealerships, today.

I worked with both Joe O'Brien and Chris Alcocer, both are great people. Joe is the actual internet sales Manager and he has the heart of a teacher. Joe took the time to school me on what to look for no matter where I was looking to buy. This was my first Mercedes Benz vehicle and it felt good to have someone sit down and explain the benefits of a CPO vs a non-CPO. The dealership is clean,comfortable and everyone seemed to be friendly. Chris worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted and never lost patience even when I sent him back time after time with my offer. This dealership seems to operate with integrity and treats their customers well so i give them two thumbs up. More

Joe O'Brien is the best if you are looking for a new Mercedes! I was referred to Joe from our sourcing department and Joe helped determine the right car for me at a great price. I was introduced to Joe after inquiring about a GL 450 advertised on the Fletcher-Jones of Ontario website.Joe immediately arranged an appointment for a test drive. The next thing I knew; I had a pen in hand signing documents to purchase the car of my choice. The purchase process lasted a bit longer that I expected but Joe went over and beyond by providing me with a free meal while my car was being detailed. I also noticed Joe was very meticulous regarding the documents making sure everything was complete. My overall experience was great and I got a good deal too!! More
