When I decided to get a new car, I began my search online. I looked at dealer websites, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com. I spoke with many sales people from various dealerships within Southern Californ online. I looked at dealer websites, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com. I spoke with many sales people from various dealerships within Southern California. The individual that stood out among many was Joe O'Brien from Mercedes Benz of Ontario. He was straight forward and honest. I was all over the map in terms of what I wanted (color, options, and model). Joe did not make me feel pressured to buy something I wasn't ready to commit to. He was extremely resourceful in providing information and sourcing out cars with specific options that I was interested in...ones they did not have in inventory. I visited some other MB dealerships, but just felt that I was a statistic in their monthly quota. I didn't feel that way with Joe O'Brien. There are 5 Mercedes Benz dealerships closer to me than Mercedes of Ontario. But none had the customer service and integrety I was looking for except Mercedes of Ontario. I ended up getting a GLK350 from Joe last month. Joe was straight up and I had no surprises or regrets after my purchase thanks to Joe. Stay away from Mercedes of Long Beach though. They like to mark up their cars above MSRP. I purchased a car from them many years ago and it was full of regrets. You won't get that nonsense with Joe O'Brien. More
