Called in about a C 300 cabriolet spoke with Zachary. All he did was talk in circles and tried very hard to pass me to his manager. After giving him an offer he said his manager would call me. Had to contact him again the next day and request follow up, which he said his manager would call me shortly. Another salesperson called me named John, he also talked in circles and was unprepared when he requested a time for us to chat again. All I wanted was a straight answer about my offer for a vehicle. In the end John could not justify why the book values on this particular car were $5,600 over market value. Even though fletcher jones dealership group is the, “Best in the market,” and I, “shouldn’t worry about price because they’re so competitive.” Him and his management could only concede $200 on a vehicle $5,600 over market value. Even though I used logic, and actual comparable vehicles in the market to shop against their inventory this did not get anywhere. The price may not be the fault of management, but Zachary’s service was sub par, and I don’t see how this dealer became, “number one in the market,” if they over charge and are inflexible on their vehicles. It's really a friendly place, they're happy to see you, have coffee and baked goods waiting for you most of the time. It's a very busy place, and time goes fast looking at the $200,000 cars!! My wife and I recently leased a Mercedes-Benz with the help of Shawn Nabi, one of the Sales & Leasing Consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Onterio. Once we enter the dealership, the receptionist greeted us as help of Shawn Nabi, one of the Sales & Leasing Consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Onterio. Once we enter the dealership, the receptionist greeted us as if she was welcoming us into her home, and on every subsequent visit, we received the same hospitality regardless of who was staffing the front desk. When we initially introduced to Shawn Nabi, we indicated we were interested in leasing. From start of our discussion to the completion of our transaction Shawn Nabi modeled exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism. He explained all the options and benefits we would have if we leased or purchased at Mercedes-Benz of Onterio. He highlighted resources unique to his dealership. During our discussions Shawn Nabi demonstrated that he listened with the intent of actively identifying our needs and concerns. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy in providing detailed information and resources related to Mercedes-Benz of Onterio’s leasing programs. To promptly address some of our reservations, Shawn Nabi introduced us to his manager, Afshin Sabermotlagh, who shared his management level insights and expertise. Next, we met with Nina Assaf and eventually, Bernard N. Azar, the Finance Managers, they were both very pleasant and proficient in addressing questions and issues that were uniquely relevant to their area of proficiency. Finally, we had the opportunity to work with Mike Doehla, the Service Advisor. He was also very supportive and professional. We especially liked the progress updates he provided while our car was in service, this demonstrated that he values his customers. When we picked up our car, he made time to explain how to access additional training, future service or general information, as needed. He provided his contact information and encouraged us to contact him if we have further service questions. Each of the previously mentioned employees and other ancillary staff members not mentioned here, without exception, exhibited a friendly welcoming demeanor. Overall, we are very happy with the high quality of customer centric service we experienced during our in-person and telephone interactions with the employees at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario.
