Bad Experience we Inquired about a pre-owned C300 from this dealership and got the call from the representative very same day. They did regular follow until we visit we Inquired about a pre-owned C300 from this dealership and got the call from the representative very same day. They did regular follow until we visit them. we test drive the vehicle and found everything fine. After reaching home we found there was a small chip on the passenger side which was under the price tag that they put on the vehicle so we were not able to see during the test drive. the time they deliver the vehicle it was night so the chip was not visible. we reported the same very next day. But I was amazed by how poorly they handle the customers after-sales. We have to call them every single day and no response from MBZ-Ontario. we shared the pictures taken at delivery time to show them the chip but they denied. Finally, they send a person to repair the chip but it was still visible so I asked them to look into the matter. Now cycle again goes on I have to reach Chris multiple times to get the response. But they were not helpful in resolving the issue. I must say this is not a reliable dealership. they turned our first-time car buying experience into a nightmare.
