We were there for an A3 service with a 10am appointment- we arrived at 9:55 am and were told it would take 1.5 hours- we got our car back at 12:30pm. We were not given any updates during that time as so the we arrived at 9:55 am and were told it would take 1.5 hours- we got our car back at 12:30pm.
