Scott and the other 3 men who helped 3 80 year olds so much, were wonderful. I tried to get my Mercedes’s Benz discount due to our Mercedes-Benz Club of America card and was refused. After having an unacceptable experience at another Mercedes Benz dealership we went to Mercedes Benz of Orange County. There we met with Victor Parra a salesman. Victor was wonderful. Once we discu Mercedes Benz dealership we went to Mercedes Benz of Orange County. There we met with Victor Parra a salesman. Victor was wonderful. Once we discussed our budget he took us to a car we could afford. We purchased it and then worked with Thomas Tzimoulis in the finance department where we worked out the financial details. Both Victor and Thomas were great to work with. We briefly talked with Walter Pensa, the sales manager who stopped by to introduce himself. The entire experience was pleasant, straightforward, and comfortable. We look to working with the people at this dealership in the future! More
