Scott Cruver did not seem to care much about my car being repaired. I had to make numerous inquiries about the status of the repairs. My car was sitting in the dealership for a week after i was told on Monda repaired. I had to make numerous inquiries about the status of the repairs. My car was sitting in the dealership for a week after i was told on Monday that's its done, and they're just test driving it to make sure everything works fine. I had to make another call to Scott to fins out the car has been ready all week long, but they didn't get payment from insurance (which they did). In general, Scott should stay on top of it, and he didn't. More
