Customer service has been amazing from start to finish in terms of timeliness to repair and extra attention to customer service with a free shuttle. I will state that the estimates need to be much more clear terms of timeliness to repair and extra attention to customer service with a free shuttle. I will state that the estimates need to be much more clear of total end price. I received an estimate and the final coat ended up being $600 more than I expected. The representative took extra time to go through each itemized charge to explain the cost breakdown, which was very thoughtful. Great news is my car is fixed, spotlessly clean, and back with me sooner than expected. More

Scott and the other 3 men who helped 3 80 year olds so much, were wonderful. I tried to get my Mercedes’s Benz discount due to our Mercedes-Benz Club of America card and was refused.
