Great service; professional staff. Disgusted that they now charge a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. Frank Devita and Omar were superb. What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to wait 10 days for the repair to be completed. If that doesn’t constitute getting a loaner car, I don’t know what would. I believe it had to do with no money being made for Mercedes and that is why I wasn’t entitled to a loaner car. More
