Took me early. The process is efficient in so far as the Service Consultant going over my requirements and entering it into the database before work is undertaken. I was going out of state for vacation. They explained that they could not give me a loaner vehicle to take out of state due to restrictions. My vehicle was completed the next day so I requested that they drop my car off at my house. They dropped off my car at my house as requested. The vehicle is working fine thanks to excellent service.
