I and other smart owners feel like we are treated like the red-headed step child of Mercedes-Benz. She was too nice to make a big deal about it but I was disappointed. After all, this is Mercedes-Benz! More

After owning a 2014 C250 for 10 days, the fuel pump went out, I was stranded on 295, but, picked up fairly quickly by Roadside Assistance. I was promised to have a loaner car, it was promised to be dropped out, I was stranded on 295, but, picked up fairly quickly by Roadside Assistance. I was promised to have a loaner car, it was promised to be dropped off to my home, and was never delivered. I have been with out a car, having family in town, and a father in the hospital has only added to the stress. All was great before I purchased, but, once you drive off the lot, all has changed, you are just yet another number, I am sure, if I purchased a 100,000+ vehicle, it may be different. I would not ever purchase another car from Mercedes of Orange Park. More
