I cannot praise Jeff Hessert for the superior service that he has provided me over the years! He is always able to answer my questions, call me when I am getting near the date of service, and go out of that he has provided me over the years! I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Christian Weyrich at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach, and the experience was excellent. Christian was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. He took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful information without any pressure. His approach and professionalism truly reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand. Based on my experience, I would absolutely give Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach five stars. I appreciate the time Christian took with me and look forward to working with him in the future. More

They were initially going to address a paint issue that looks like it was covering up the car being hit (The carfax was clean) but other things are showing that the car might not be all there. I am now having tons of electrical issues with the PCM, it freezes, requires constant rebooting that does not always fix the issue. The 12v battery is failing, it will not hold a charge and left me stuck. This car does not use a normal 12v battery that you can just buy at an auto parts store. The overall quality of the car and deal is really bad, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Now they are just blowing it off. Not a good experience. More

As a buyer of a 2021 AMG E63 sold as Certified Pre-Owned, my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach raises serious questions about how this store handles CPO vehicles and customer resolutions. The car was delivered with: Non-functional radar/driver assist systems A dead/weak main battery that failed their own load test A right paddle shifter that didn’t work Another Mercedes-Benz dealer later found undisclosed collision repairs over $8,000 and an incorrectly installed radar sensor that could never have worked as fitted. MB Palm Beach did not disclose this history or the improper repair. When presented with documentation, the general manager verbally agreed to “make it right” and buy the car back—but to this day he: Will not put the buyback amount in writing Will not sign a written agreement Will not specify payment timing in writing They insist on taking possession of the car first with no documented terms, even though the problems began with how this dealership represented and certified the vehicle. For anyone considering a CPO vehicle here, my advice is simple: either, do not buy from here or get everything in writing and consider having the car evaluated by another Mercedes-Benz dealer before you finalize the deal. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine respect. My sales associate, Sunil, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. The entire team was filled with kind, professional individuals who clearly value excellent customer service. Frank, the manager, was incredibly nice and readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also had a fantastic experience with Hector in finance—he explained everything clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I have several Mercedes dealerships closer to me, I would gladly drive out of my way to return to this one. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. More
Generally speaking I don't like or enjoy leaving bad reviews for businesses as every organization has ups and downs but my experience at this one was so bad I feel it warranted one. I phoned ahead to Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach to test drive two MB models that interested me. I usually stick to Audi or BMW but felt like a change after seeing some articles in popular car magazines. They were fine over the phone and a salesman who I will not call out publicly told me to ask for him. It's a lovely building but soon after arrival things went wrong. I specifically said I wanted to drive a vehicle with a particular inside color and was denied, being told "they all drive the same" Not a friendly response but fair enough. Nice vehicles, I asked some basic questions but the salesman couldn't be bothered to answer them. Judging by reviews here of this person extolling his knowledge and attentiveness he simply could not be bothered. Without getting into a long winded review of how bad this experience was and to sum up I was treated like a nuisance not like a customer, none of the basic questions were not asked of me either, like when do I plan on buying, lease or finance. I do tend to buy smaller more loaded vehicles and the salesman informed me that we don't order loaded "low-end vehicles because those buyers don't want to spend". Message received. In conclusion I was treated like a pest not a customer and I will not be back, moreover I will shout from the rooftops to my friends and clients and family to never even think of going to this dealership. Based on some of the reviews of the service department both here and on Google perhaps I dodged a bullet. Nonetheless the worst car shopping experience to date in an industry known for being unpleasant and stressful. Perhaps I'll stick with Audi who treats me like a customer. More
