This past Saturday I purchased a 2008 S550 from Jeffrey through the Coscto auto program. The experience was great! Rather dissappointed in the service department for the most part. Our 06 was purchased from them and the price was fair. When it comes to service is where I have a problem. The car has been in 4 times with three of them causing me to regret the purchase. The service writers are mostly female which is fine as long as they know what they are talking about and do not try to jerk you around. It seems they are there to comfort the older men clients than to assist a female. My wife called to make an appointment for a check engine light on two seperate ocassions. One one she was told to drive it and see if it goes out. I called and had the appointments set up. She dropped the car off and was given a loaner while they kept the car for three days and repaired a problem with the emissions. The second time she called and was told her gas cap must not have been put on properly, I again called set the appointment after arguring with the rep. This time the ignition coil was defective. Then comes the scheduled service. My wife brought in hte car on a Sat with an appointment. She was told a tire had a nail in it and it was not repairable. Fine I told her we had taken a tire warranty out throught them, but the service writter told her she had to prepay the tire and repair and collect from the warrany company. I called the warrranty company and found out they direct pay. Much more that I can wite about. Then they tried to say the tire was bald at 12,000 miles. and we would have topay for it. They finally agree to take the claim and replace the tire that day instead of the next week when I told them to send the car home with her. Now for the only good so far. My wife while backing hit the driver side mirror on another vehicle. The turn signal would not work and the dash indicator stayed on. She took the car in and one of the techs made the repair while she waited and did not charge her. He could have easily have said it would need a new unit at the tune of $500.00. He was a true gentleman and should serve as an example to the rest of the service dept. He is responsible for any return to that dealership More

Bought a very limited car from this dealership. They sell so many other $150,000 plus cars that they really could care less. When I took the car in for service they wanted to give me a toyota SUV as a loa so many other $150,000 plus cars that they really could care less. When I took the car in for service they wanted to give me a toyota SUV as a loaner (my Car is a sports car). I had a small accident and it took them twice as long as estimated to get the work done (almost 3 weeks for a minor issue). In addition when I received back the car it was absolutely filthy. (The engine compartment even had leaves in it.) The dealership is arrogant and an insult to the history of mercedes. More
