Changing brands was a big decision for me from BMW to MBZ. Cody Vierra was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided such personal service. The challenges during COVID to get my GLC 350e were enormo MBZ. Cody Vierra was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided such personal service. The challenges during COVID to get my GLC 350e were enormous and he kept me informed each step of the way making this a seamless Lease. Not only was it delivered to me in LA but he was able to sync my gate and garage door - quite an undertaking. He keeps answering my questions and is always available. Now that's what I call GREAT Customer Service. And I've referred my hubby to Cody too! More

It’s hard to understand how Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs can say that they know we have choices where we can get our cars serviced when they are the ONLY Mercedes Benz house in the Coachella Valley. Another can say that they know we have choices where we can get our cars serviced when they are the ONLY Mercedes Benz house in the Coachella Valley. Another thing I find curious is that they ask you to call them if you have less than good feed back, they even provided the phone number to call...but they sign the the letter “Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs”. So WHO am I supposed to call? Nobody wants to step up and be responsible. Empty words. They don’t REALLY care or someone would put their name on the letter. More

Excellent service! We were traveling through during the beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown, trying to get home to Iowa with our Sprinter RV. We showed up at 7:30 am and they checked out the problem that m beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown, trying to get home to Iowa with our Sprinter RV. We showed up at 7:30 am and they checked out the problem that morning and ordered parts that were installed the following morning. We were on our way before noon the second day. Very professional and courteous, even washed our Sprinter van. More
