They try to rip you off with service that's not needed. I was made to feel as if I were some idiot that didn't know any better and have money to throw away. I have never left a business feeling the way they was made to feel as if I were some idiot that didn't know any better and have money to throw away. I have never left a business feeling the way they made me feel. I went in for service A they tried to sell me service B and refused to turn the service light off when service A was done. The service manager got Involved and made the experience the worst dealership experience I've ever had. More

I purchased the CLS 550 in February 2008. Brakes squeal. I have had it repaired under warranty five times. The squeal returns. I have not had this problem with other vehicles. Mercedes has refused to replac I have had it repaired under warranty five times. The squeal returns. I have not had this problem with other vehicles.
