Went to David's desk to see the hold up 11:20. He said the paper work was just posted. Paid the cashier 11:30. She called for the car to be brought up. Walked to the end of the pickup/drop off area 12:00. Asked Axel if he could get my car still in the parking lot outside the wash area. He did. It was raining that day but it looked like the car was washed anyway. Did not see any evidence that the vacuum was used inside. Cost for an oil and filter change seems quite high. I am thinking that I might have to try M/B Nanuet the next time. Cost will probably be the same but maybe the wait time will be more acceptable. Besides, Nanuet is closer to home. More

Terrible Experience @ Paramus Mercedes Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me the same thing. #1. Mercedes used to have service people to come to you to greet you the minute you stop your car. Last time and this time I stopped, there were no one greeted me. I have got off the car the look for service people. #2. The Paramus service fee is twice as much as other dealer for tire installations. #3. After the service, nobody comes to look for me to tell me the car was ready. I have to go to the adviser to check if they were ready. The advisor said that he could not find me. That was a lie. I was outside at the service station chatting with other customers. They did not look for me. They just put the bill at the cashier's counter. #4. Then they could not find my car. Someone parked it at other parking lot that nobody knows. for two tire replacement when I started it was 7:15am. By the time I got my lost car, it was 9:30am. It was a terrible experience at Paramus Mercedes. You are ruining the product. Did you fire those service people to save the cost? Even Honda has a better service than you do. I am very disappointed. I will definite not to make any purchase from Paramus. You are so disorganized. What happened when you let everything go to the toilet. If I had known, I would pulled my car to another location for a service. Shame on you! More

I indicated that I had a meeting at 10 am, but the service team could not locate my car for so long since it had not been serviced (just a quick diagnostic). I understand that the car was not assigned a number for the cashier since it hadn’t been serviced, but it took a significant amount of time even after that had been identified. I inquired about my car and they were rude to me just like the two people before me. This is my first time at this MB service center. I’ve used two other ones in the past and have been very satisfied with their friendliness and respect towards customers as well as with their appointment availability. This service center appears understaffed or poorly trained for the volume of service appointments they receive. More
