It took us literally three days from looking for the right car to settle on the price to test drive to drive back home with the new car. Really smooth and enjoyable experience (would be better if the finance manager didn’t delay us for one plus hour). Highly recommend Jeff! Also, it’s not about Jeff but the guy who walked through the car with us (I think the first name is Mike but sorry didn’t capture his last name). It’s kind of awkward when you have to read by the user manual when you are showing your customer how to operate the new car. I know hybrid is not always the most popular one, but it would be better if you guys can prepare yourself first before doing the actual demonstration. At one time I would almost want to give up on that and decide to go with google with all those functionalities. But in terms of the sales process (again, with Jeff), it’s way beyond my expectations. Mark secured me a loaner car while my vehicle was being examined amid high demand for loaners. Mercedes-Benz of Paramus does a great job of supplying loaner cars to its clients.
