Customers are always the center of attention, from the time you enter the service area to the time you leave. My service advisor has always been Kief Ridley, and even though he was promoted , he found me a new service advisor, Chris Battaglia, just as knowledgeable as himself with the same care for his customers as Kief. Even after I'm advised by Chris, Kief makes himself available for any further questions and concerns. But having set you up with such a great guy, Chris there is never any further questions or concerns. I'm also in the market for a new car and based on my experience with Mercedes Benz at Paramus, I'm staying with the Mercedes family of cars. Again thanks Kief and Chris More
