Service experience The day of my service it was very chaotic at the dealership. It took someone over 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence. I guess it was a bad day. A service person by the name of Bibi came over and took care of me. He was very professional and assured me I'd hear from them that day. Later on, he called and said they still haven't found the A.C. problem and they needed the car another day. Thursday came and went and he left a message saying ac wan't resolved. On Friday I hadn't heard a word all day. At 4:30 in the afternoon, I called the service department. Finally, the manager said he was getting ready to call me and the car was ready. Bibi was off that Friday. Both gentleman were very courteous and very apologetic on the delay. I understand this happens. What I feel I needed was a bit more communication about the status of my vehicle. I was the one that kept calling and asking when I was getting it back.
