You guys are very efficient. Everyone seems to really care about the customer. They also do a great job of explaining what the service reps found or did to the car. The person who answers the phone in service with the accent is VERY frustrating to talk with. It is not her accent but she doesn't listen well. I have dealt with her several times over the phone and once in person. You have to repeat everything several times. Once I literally had to repeat it 3X and I deliberately talked slowly. More

Unable to find air leak in tire Happy with the staff, but after leaving my new GLS a few days with them, their technician was unable to troubleshoot the source of the slow leak comin Happy with the staff, but after leaving my new GLS a few days with them, their technician was unable to troubleshoot the source of the slow leak coming from my left rear tire. Still losing approximately 2 lbs pressure/day. So maybe when it comes to tires, a tire center might be better place to go for tire related services. More
