Window Issue with My 2016 GLE350 I wanted to give this dealership 0 stars, but I had to give one to post. My 2016 GLE350 had an issue with the windows going out of sink and the car g I wanted to give this dealership 0 stars, but I had to give one to post. My 2016 GLE350 had an issue with the windows going out of sink and the car got wet. A person at the dealership reset the window system. There was over $4,000 in damages and the dealership and Mercedes will not cover any repair. They are basically saying we left the window open. On many forums this issue is discussed when your window will not close and this will not show an error in the computer. This dealership will not accept that the system was re-set by them. So they will not cover the cost of the repair. This is the second and last Mercedes I will ever purchase. I have talked to many people at this dealership and do not get the correct information. I would highly recommend anyone not to use this dealership as the customer service is very poor. The will not document the correct series of events and deny that an employee saw the issue with my car. They are saying in not so many words that this is our fault. More

My service advisor Joe is the best! No one better! Loaner clean - low miles and ready when I arrived. As per my service advisor Joe he had promised he will contact me by 11:00 AM the following day and he did just that - WOW what service! Returned my loaner and received my car was washed and vacuum - and all of the services performed as Joe had said. This is the place! More
