Felt like cattle When I first started getting my car serviced here I felt it was very personal. I was greeted and addressed by name. My concerns were addressed and I felt good when I left. Each time I have visited I feel the service has declined. Yesterday when I visited it was a madhouse. Lots of customers pulling in at same time with little to no direction (there were plenty of staff around.) I was greeted and someone went to get my service advisor, Chris. He was very nice but I didn’t see him again for three hours(I chose to wait.) I noticed other service advisors giving updates and sitting there for so long I would have appreciated one. He finally came over and said my service was almost done. Almost to him meant forty more minutes. When we went to the cashier we were advised that if we wanted the vehicle washed it would be another 45 minutes! I was under the assumption (beacause it had been done in the past) that the wash was standard when you came in for service. My service advisor didn’t ensure this was done, which was irritating. He disappeared. I noticed them advise another customer of the same. Both of us given back dirty vehicles! Her service advisor came out, embarrassed and ensured her car was washed immediately. I had to complain to someone at the desk to get this done for my car. I feel there is a lack of communication between the service advisors & the individuals performing the work. After yesterday’s experience, I would not go back there for service. I do however appreciate the hard work and dedication of their salesman’s, Ted. Since I have leased my vehicle he has been in continuous contact to ensure I am happy. More

Excellent Experience Taddeo Giordano was phenomenal from the very beginning. I had scheduled a VIP appointment with someone else, walked in at the time of appointment and Taddeo Giordano was phenomenal from the very beginning. I had scheduled a VIP appointment with someone else, walked in at the time of appointment and was told he was not there. At this point I was ready to leave and go somewhere else. Taddeo spotted me right away and let me know he could help me as soon as he could. He made sure I was comfortable while waiting and served me water. During the process of picking out a car, he listened to me thoroughly and gave me great advice this being my first time leasing a car. Although I was not pleased with the first quote I was given, he made sure I did not leave unhappy and called over his Sales Manager to help get me a better deal. I must say, the quote last offered to me was exactly what I had hoped for walking in with a c300 that had all the options I wanted and more. Taddeo listened to all my needs and wants and catered to them completely. he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Words I would describe him with would be: Accommodating, Professional, Efficient, Exciting, Responsive, Helpful, and genuinely cared. I must say Karol Pelc was also very quick and efficient. Setup all my documents ready to go over them with me and for me to sign, gave me my copy, even a copy of my new insurance card and had me out the door in no time. A pleasure to work with! More
