Most of the salesmen I spoke to on the phone did not have the drive as PRESTIGE. I visit the dealership and meet OLIVER G, he was laid back and I did not felt pressured to get the car. I initially came in looking for GLA, however felt it was not the right car for me and switched to CLA. Took a test drive with Oliver and the rest was history. It was just ok My husband is on his 4th BMW and when it goes in for service he gets it back spotless. When I picked up my car it was handed back to me dirtier than w My husband is on his 4th BMW and when it goes in for service he gets it back spotless. When I picked up my car it was handed back to me dirtier than when I brought it on the inside and out! It was wet like they sprayed it with a hose and when it dried it was full of water spots! For what I pay and was told they give free car wash I would never go for a car wash! Plus it is a new car I've had it two months and it needed s new battery!? More
