Took very long, didn't complete the work and mixed messages Brought the car in on Saturday, didn't get it back until Wednesday. Never turned off the "Service Overdue" message that was flashing Guy calls and s Brought the car in on Saturday, didn't get it back until Wednesday. Never turned off the "Service Overdue" message that was flashing Guy calls and says the cost is $750 for the service. My wife says not paying $750. He says is it a leased vehicle, my wife says yes, he says we can do it for $300.??? The initial inspection my wife was told the tires looked a bit worn but they were OK. Your guy calls my wife a few days later and says you need new tires and they cost $1,300. The car has 20,000 miles - why would I need new tires? What is the quality of the tires you are putting on new cars? More
