It was unfortunate that one of my tires was punctured, so there I was atthe service center. When Chris, my advisor, realized that my car wasn’t only in need of a new tire but also scheduled maintenance and pending recalls he got me into a loaner right away. The service was quick, I was able to get my car back within a business day and I was updated on what was done. When I received my car it was nicely cleaned. this is a plus for me! Thank you Chris!!!
