It is to our understanding that you have since met with our GM who explained to you the status of the title for your vehicle. We informed you at the time of purchase that we would need a VIN inspection in order to register your vehicle. You refused to give us a VIN inspection because you thought it was not necessary. After several requests by our Motor Vehicle Department for the form, we filed for a title only and did not register the vehicle. You then subsequently sent us a VIN inspection which we sent back to you along with the sales tax we collected and informed you that you would need to register the vehicle yourself and you would be able to do so once the title is recorded by the state of CT.

He was able to get me a loaner vehicle yes, the day before my vehicle was able to be picked up. It took two weeks that I was very patient and understanding with the service advisor. Everyday I was told tomorrow. I was advised that the part had to be ordered in which I patiently waited for that to come in. Was never told what part until I had asked. I was also advised the paint had to dry everyday but after speaking to the manager just about two weeks later the part had not even been painted yet.
