I received email from Jeff within minutes of my initial inquiry and everything was written down clearly on a car that I wanted w/specific option/color so I decided to purchase the car same day. when I went to pick up my car that day, everything was ready and even front desk knew my name and acknowledged that I was there to pick up my car.
