Update was in charge of making sure I understood the features of the automobile and did a great job. He had left for the day and actually came back to the dealership when I told him the radio wasn't working. That's the service I expect from Mercedes. That is what I got! Associates Were Extremely UNFRIENDLY for a Luxury Dealership I went to Prestige Mercedes on September 4, 2017. Frankly, I have been to BMW Dealerships and other Mercedes Locations, and this was the MOST IMPERSO I went to Prestige Mercedes on September 4, 2017. Frankly, I have been to BMW Dealerships and other Mercedes Locations, and this was the MOST IMPERSONAL and DISCRIMINATORY dealership that I have ever been to!!!! The sales staff were some of the most unfriendliest and disingenuous people I have ever come across. I am a very personable and accepting person, but being at this dealership, literally, felt like I was in the Arctic with just about every person (except for maybe two male workers who were friendly) had zero happiness. Also, the workers gave off a vibe that made it a depressing place to be, which certainly made it discouraging for me to want to business there, even though I was open to purchasing a new SUV. I would say that for a luxury car dealership--an industry that prides itself on CLASS, SOPHISTICATION, and SUPERB customer service--Prestige Mercedes needs to focus on revamping their current staff with people who will treat ALL customers with hospitality and kindness from the moment they enter the main doors to their time spent on showroom floor until they depart. Your dealership should not judge its customers by their external appearance as people (including myself who owns a very successful company, but one wouldn't know it as I treat all people with respect) who've the means to buy a luxury car come in all races, looks, and ages!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have traveled all across Western Europe, including Germany, and had the best treatment in all of my travels. So it's a SHAME that in the U.S. in 2017, there would be such DISCRIMINATORY, IMPOLITE, and DISINGENUOUS people in one setting!! I hope that the manager in charge will take what I've shared seriously as it's a poor reflection on what a car dealership should represent, esp. a luxury brand, such as Mercedes. More
