Fooling Innocent People They advertise that Prestige MB Paramus, NJ has a state of the technology Body Shop for repairs and maintenance. Realistically they don't have a body They advertise that Prestige MB Paramus, NJ has a state of the technology Body Shop for repairs and maintenance. Realistically they don't have a body shop on premises or off premises. They sub contract our luxury vehicles to Cheap Local mechanics and body shops, doing a Non Mercedes Benz quality repairs and charging you tremendously high amount for cheap repairs. Hopefully someone will take action and bring the facts to NJ Attorney General's office so the State can do something about it. The repaired my new vehicle in 2.5 months, I bring the car back to them at least a dozen times but nobody cares. They're only a money making machines and that's it. Richard Lombardi is the worst to deal with. Not to mention I've bought numerous brand new vehicles from the dealership over the past 20 years or so. I guess, No more business for me!!! Knowing what dealerships are l I had been to the dealership last year just to look around and had a good experience, so when it came time, I returned. Knowing what dealerships are like on a Saturday, I went by on a Friday afternoon and Anthony Amelio helped me out. I needed to rid myself of a car that was bleeding me in payment and insurance costs, and Anthony totally got it and worked to help me understand my options both in terms of vehicles and financing. In my experience, buying/leasing a car can be a long, exhausting process, but Anthony made it as quick and as painless as possible and was a nice guy to talk to as well. We got it down to 3 vehicles and he provided financing options for each. I needed to leave for an appointment and to just walk away to think it through before I committed, so I made an appointment for the next day. That evening I discussed my plan with friends and was ready to go ahead with the lease of a GLK. Upon my return, the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was as painless as possible and I'm in the car I feel is right for me on a lot of different levels. I'm very pleased. Thanks Anthony!!
