He was extremely straightforward and didn't play any games. He was well-versed on the models and packages and within minutes had several cars pulled out for my viewing. He involved the sales manager, Michael Serpone (who was also a great guy to work with, very professional yet not stiff at all). We negotiated a deal which was agreeable by both parties and that was it. Picked up the car the following day and it was a very streamlined, in and out procedure. I highly recommend Prestige. More

My initial experience was unexpected, I was at the dealership for a good 15 minutes, walked up and down looking at cars. Not a single associate even uttered a 'hello', all I got was a few stares. I was made to feel that the overall sensus was that I was unlikely to purchase, therefor clearly was not even greeted. Until Phill walked in. He was kind, proffessional, attentive and most of all: saved the dealership from a very negative image in my mind. I ended up purchasing the vehicle Only because of Phil. Four of my colleques are considering purchasing a Mercedes. I would not recommend the dealership before Prestige considers some inhouse (re)training to their associates. Phil Cambell is the example of how each associate should treat customers. I give the dealership 4 stars because of Phil. My innitial experience was unnecessary and unfortunate. More
