He asked me how much I'm willing to spend and when I said to him this is how much, he said to me , you might try one of the new affordable SUVs but I said I wanted s certified pre-owned that's not more than 15000miles and he said he will keep me posted if there's any available one. So when my daughter and I found this GLK in cars. Com . I immediately called Jeff and he said to me to have everything ready like my trade in title and the down payment and all the necessary insurance requirement and he helped my daughter with her financing and we got in to the dealership ready to drive the GLk and, Jeff was so attentive and have everything ready for us including all the bags to get all our things from an old car and he introduced us to Mario who is so patient and polite to explain to us the features of the vehicle. Jeff also brought us to the business person , Eddie who is so sweet and funny and patient and explained to us the details of her financing and the warranties and what is good for us to get as extra perks on top of the warranties. Jeff for me is an ultimate salesman who is very professional but at the same time with personal touch when dealing with his customers. The dealership is so spotless with good coffee choices. Jeff gave us juices and granola bars thinking that we are hungry and introduced us to his manager who is nice and very professional too. More

It's smart business on their part and I respect it and admire it and my family is the beneficiary of it.
