As all of first MB buyers would agree that even though lots of works were required to get it approved for vehicles such as credit approval and tons of paper works, He was able to manage everything precisely and smooth enough until very last moment. Also, I was able to feel the confidence and proudness of being MB buyer by hearing his word 'Mercedes can't be compared with any other brands you knew before' . Like his word, I sure can feel the difference. Highly satisfied! More

I have never met him before and i talked about the deal only through the phone until i finally pick up the car which seem like uncomfortable and annoying for me if i were a dealer but he never complained. He knew what i wanted and what options i could have and suggested the best option right away whenever i asked questions. He explained every step such as warranty, paperwork and so on and he even checked my insurance if i have too much coverage or paying too much or have useless coverage. 27 months later, when i need to change a car again, i definitely go to Jeff again. The ruined my car, and lied about it! It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of t It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of the car when going over bumps, it turned out to be the front two struts, when I picked up the car about a week later, (they had to order the parts), I went on the highway and noticed red lights on the dash lighting up and hard to turn, I returned the care back to the service area, they gave me another loaner, and said they would check it out. If turned out that the car had server frame damage on the bottom of the car and accused me of doing it. It was unbelievable that they were accusing me of such a accident when I just had picked up the car. I have friends is the car business and they be leave that the car fell off the lift and was damaged. They agreed to repair it for free, then when it was brought home the command center (Navigation System) would not turn when the key was taken out, you had to manually turn it off even though the key was take out. Prestige could not fix it, I am now getting another dealer involved to fix it , thus far no deal and they are not able to fix it. I would never bring my car to prestige for service, they are to big and the manager of the service department is rude, condescending and should be replaced Roger Pittman is his name. They tried to pin there screw up on me and customer that had bought 4 Mercedes Benz Cars. More
