The ruined my car, and lied about it! It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of t It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of the car when going over bumps, it turned out to be the front two struts, when I picked up the car about a week later, (they had to order the parts), I went on the highway and noticed red lights on the dash lighting up and hard to turn, I returned the care back to the service area, they gave me another loaner, and said they would check it out. If turned out that the car had server frame damage on the bottom of the car and accused me of doing it. It was unbelievable that they were accusing me of such a accident when I just had picked up the car. I have friends is the car business and they be leave that the car fell off the lift and was damaged. They agreed to repair it for free, then when it was brought home the command center (Navigation System) would not turn when the key was taken out, you had to manually turn it off even though the key was take out. Prestige could not fix it, I am now getting another dealer involved to fix it , thus far no deal and they are not able to fix it. I would never bring my car to prestige for service, they are to big and the manager of the service department is rude, condescending and should be replaced Roger Pittman is his name. They tried to pin there screw up on me and customer that had bought 4 Mercedes Benz Cars. More

Having late stage lyme disease that has caused some neurological issues, Ken was beyond patient in repeating, rephrasing and writing down for me any feature(s) of the car I needed additional clarification on, due to my cognitive processing. He did this with a smile and pleasure; a quality that not many people possess. I am SO grateful that Ken was the salesman that I was given. He is truly an asset to Mercedes-Benz! Time for a new one GREAT service at Prestige made it possible to drive our 1987 300TD wagon for 28 years - and more than 250K miles. As it grew older, we added an E-clas GREAT service at Prestige made it possible to drive our 1987 300TD wagon for 28 years - and more than 250K miles. As it grew older, we added an E-class sedan and drove that for 10 years. Then a 2009 C300 replaced it, and that has been just perfect. Prestige Service has been consistently outstanding and in particular we are very grateful to advisor Steve Eilert and to Dave Sangastiano for expert management of every issue we have had to deal with. Last month it was time to replace our trusty old wagon and Robert Kant in Sales was able to come up with the perfect new car . It was a remarkably smooth and easy transaction, and now our garage holds TWO nearly identical C300s - the 2009, and a brand new 2014 that comes with all the latest safety features. Both are lovely to look at (platinum silver) and absolutely a pleasure to drive. In our experience, Prestige Mercedes-Benz is outstanding and merits the highest rating.
