He was very thorough with his explanations of the paperwork to be completed. He made sure that I had brought the correct paperwork with me so the process of ending one lease and starting another could be completed efficiently. Prestige has obviously invested a lot in their corporate culture and customer experience to the point where our experience was so pleasant and unique that I felt obligated to share it. The person who greeted us at the front door was attentive, always helpful, and remembered our name every time we walked through the door. Our salesperson, Phil Campbell, could not have been more knowledgable, collaborative, and eager to find us the right vehicle at the best price. He found a discount for us offered by our insurance company that we didn't even know existed. This is a great dealership with great products attracting top employees. It would be a mistake not to make the trip to Prestige when shopping for a Mercedes. More
