We were shopping for a new Mercedes and even though we had purchased through this dealership before we were not considering going to them again because we had been unhappy with the prior experience. However, after meeting with David Cuesta (Sales Manager) and explaining why we felt this way, he not only went out of his way to rectify the concerns we had but truly made our new buying experience an enjoyable one. What an amazing turnaround and delight it was to have an automobile buying experience actually be very pleasant. Dave introduced us Anthony Amelio (Sales Representative) who made the whole experience even more wonderful. Anthony listened to us carefully and patiently, answered countless questions and concerns we had, never once making us feel uncomfortable or as though any of our questions were not important. He gave us his undivided attention, which in today's marketplace is nearly unheard of, and the whole deal went off as promised. We would highly recommend Prestige Motors to anyone we know without reservation.
