It's been a few years since I leased a car from Prestige. Last time, it was the old building and a different staff. He's responsive and knowledgable and goes beyond that extra mile to not just affirm but triple check all the details and client satisfaction. It's easy to say "my expectations were exceeded" but in this case, it couldn't be more true. I also had the pleasure of working with Bob Crolic who is my new personal hero. The white glove treatment he afforded my boyfriend and I is beyond compare. What a team they make. I can honestly say that I walked into Prestige unsure of what the outcome would be and I left a few hours later jumping for joy with excitement about the brand new C-300 Luxury I was about to drive off the lot. Well done, gentleman and applause and thanks to the entire Prestige team. I'll be sending my friends and family to you soon! More

I bought a new sedan from Joe Puga at this dealership and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire transaction. This is my fourth MB car (two from this dealership) and I test drove at BMW and Porsche so I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire transaction. Joe Puga was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. And he stayed late in a middle of a historic snowstorm to complete the sale. Other salespeople had left already but he worked with us to complete the necessary paperwork. All around, it was such a pleasure dealing with him, and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. I cannot recommend Prestige MB enough! More

We bought a new Mercedes CLA 250 from Prestige Motors. I contacted the dealership online and Linda Fowler (Business Development Sales) called us to talk to us about the car and suggested we drive out there contacted the dealership online and Linda Fowler (Business Development Sales) called us to talk to us about the car and suggested we drive out there to see it. She was extremely pleasant and friendly and when we arrived at the dealership, she handed us over to Osiel Mancha (Sales Consultant), who was the utmost professional. He was courteous and thorough and he gave us a great deal and a fair value on our trade-in. Once we shook hands on the deal, we were handed over to Kris Los (Business Manager) for the financial part of the deal. Kris was very efficient and explained every complicated detail patiently. Once we received the keys to our new car, Robert Texidor (Delivery Specialist) explained all the intricate technologies that come with this new car. Buying a car can be a stressful and difficult experience, but Linda, Osiel, Kris and Robert made it very simple. We feel very confident that we got the best deal on a dream car in a very professional manner. We highly recommend all 4 individuals to new car buyers. More

I had good feed back right away from Jeff chun,sales manager. I picked him after i saw excellent review from previous buyers on web and I emailed him ,I got his e mail from dealer web site.. Ken and the team at Prestige Mercedes-Benz were great salespeople. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront; their actions and words never caused me to become suspicious. When deciding on opt salespeople. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront; their actions and words never caused me to become suspicious. When deciding on options, Ken gave his honest assessments of their relative utilities instead of pushing every option onto the car. He never tried to upsell a more expensive or larger model to us either (for reference, we bought an E350 sedan), always considering how the car fit our needs. He was patient after multiple test drives, and when it came to negotiating time, Ken immediately quoted a very competitive price (akin to a price after hours of negotiation with other dealers) right off the bat. He also handled the other miscellaneous items like titling and registration. In all, the purchase experience was delightful, hassle-free, and smooth. Very highly recommended! More
