We have been customers of Mercedes-Benz for many years now. We have had very pleasant past experiences with a sales associate, Terry Bennet, he provided us with an easy and affordable lease experience. Wh now. We have had very pleasant past experiences with a sales associate, Terry Bennet, he provided us with an easy and affordable lease experience. When we came back to recieve a new lease our experience became one that questioned our return to this dealership. Beforehand going to the dealership, Veronica, the receptionist who scheduled an appointment at 5 p.m,asked us to bring two cars for inspection. However, when we arrived Veronica was gone and none of the representatives were expecting our appointment. We were attended to by a sales associate, Robert Marzo, who showed to us that he was not interested to serve us once he found out we were looking to lease a CLA model. He brought another sales associate, Shawn Wittenberg, to work with us, we gave him descriptions of what we were looking for which was a basic model, with no packages and a panoramic roof. Shawn came back after some time with two models and three packages on each version, which caused the cost to inflate to 10,000 dollars over the basic model amount which we had requested. As well, when discussing trading in our Acura which had another year under lease, he added the amount that we owe for that last year lease toward the Mercede's lease, this caused our lease of the CSL model to rise to 700 dollars. This made us feel like we were being undermined for he made us feel like we could not make simple calculations or we are out of our minds since the proposal did not help us but rather the dealership and himself. Due to the feelings of disrespect and sheer unprofessionalism we have come to the conclusion that we will shop around other dealerships. More

we returned our sl550 for warranty service as the suspension was uneven and the front tire leaked air from the beginning. we scheduled and left it for service only to be told nothing was wrong with t suspension was uneven and the front tire leaked air from the beginning. we scheduled and left it for service only to be told nothing was wrong with the suspension or the tire. The tire light went on right after we left the dealership and the car was not level. We returned the vehicle for service a second time and were told that the suspension needed major repairs and the tire had a nail in it. Both issues and other repairs were completed after a week and on our way back home the tire symbol came back on as the tire still was underinflated . I called the dealership and left a message but didn't receive a return call. I also emailed without an answer. were still waiting for a response. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from prestige Mercedes. we expected better from this highly regarded dealer More
I rate this buying experience a 5 out of 5, I didn't have to go through the normal let's negotiate the price ad infinitum game, I told them the price I was willing to pay and when the brand programs wor have to go through the normal let's negotiate the price ad infinitum game, I told them the price I was willing to pay and when the brand programs worked I was called and told we had a deal. I didn't have to go to the dealership and wait around when it came time to pick up my vehicle all the paperwork had been prepared in advance and after signing the new documents i was on my way. It was almost as simple as here are the keys to my old car, give me the new keys and I'm on my way home with a new car. More
