From the time I entered the dealership, I was made welcome and treated with the utmost courtesy. i was allowed to wander around the showroom without interruption, except for offers of assistance. Jeff Chun was very helpful and patient before and during my test drive. Afterward, he was willing to share information on the discounts available for the car I had chosen. We discussed price relatively quickly. I was not given a run around on this matter, as I had in some past experiences at other dealers (for instance by continuous interruptions to "speak to the Manager"). He cooperated fully with my decision to select an option that was available only on a car at another dealer. When I arrived to pick up the car, he expeditiously handled the extraordinary amount of paperwork that was required. I also should mention the briefing provided by Robert Texidor. He was very informative and provided clear answers to my questions, even when I interrupted his prepared agenda. He offered his assistance should I have additional questions in the future. Finally, I would like to suggest that Prestige or Mercedes should provide purchasers with some sort of short form written presentation, summarizing the key items necessary to start the purchaser off with his use of the vehicle. While the briefing provided was very helpful, neither it nor reference to a 600 page manual is sufficient. More

We went to this dealership yesterday, were practically ignored and did not feel welcome. On top of that it took the valet over 15 minutes to locate our car. I have always been given excellent service by everyone there, Glad to have Andrew Franco as my salesperson. I call him up explain to him what i want and boom it gets done in minutes, literally. You really feel you are buying the car you want and you are not being sold. There is a difference. I know it sounds silly but I can't wait to get my next car already. I was also very please with Robert who was extremly knowledgeable about the gadgets in my car and taught me a lot. Very patient and he really seemed to enjoy his job. Many dealership that I have been to don't give you that level of service. I hope I answered why - excellent service and excellent enthusiasm. More
