Most of the paperwork (including transfer of our insurance) was done by the time we arrived at the dealership. We were in and out within an hour on one of the busiest weekends, Memorial Day weekend. I went to purchase a Mercedes I was lied to about the warranty by the sales person. Also after purchasing the car I had to go back to the dealership several times because the sales person forgot to have warranty by the sales person. Also after purchasing the car I had to go back to the dealership several times because the sales person forgot to have me sign additional papers. When I took the car home I found crushed potato chips in the back seat. This is the first time that I have seen a dealership fail to clean a car before selling it. Further, within 9 months of owning the vehicle, I had to bring the car back twice for serious problems, which were not fixed. When my wife called to expressed her frustrations, Frank the service manager was extremely arrogant and condescending to her. This was the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. I give one star because I can't give it zero. More

But we ended up walking out of Prestige leasing a brand new 2013 c-class fit to our specifications that stayed within our budget. My daughter accompanied us and everyone made jokes with her and made her laugh which I appreciate. Oscar made things very understandable and got us a great monthly payment for our lease. My s/o is thrilled he has the car he wanted from the start and I am a happy woman because of the finances lol.The delivery of our car only took one hour and they were through, took us on a tour of the features, showed us everything we needed and handled the insurance for us promptly. Everyone was great and this was what a Mercedes experience should truly feel like. You have a loyal customer with us, we are very pleased with the follow up after we had the car for a couple days and we are very satisfied. Thank you! More
