Our sales person (Ken Shattuck) was extremely helpful, addressed all of our questions/concerns, provided us with the information we were seeking, took the time to give us a complete tour of the service ar addressed all of our questions/concerns, provided us with the information we were seeking, took the time to give us a complete tour of the service area and go through the servicing process and options in detail. (This was a big concern of ours since the Lincoln Dealership that serviced our 2010 MKS was closed and the new dealership was less convenient to get to and located in a place that required your remaining at the dealership while the servicing was being done. This was not a good option for us).. Ken listened well, was sensitive to our needs/priorities, and gave us straight forward/non-evasive answers. Our entire experience at this dealership from the sales, financing and car preparation points of view was excellent - and a refreshing change from our past experiences at other dealerships. More

I started my search for an E350 by looking at the bios of the sales staff on the Prestige MB website. I wanted to find a salesperson who had been with Prestige for a while and found Darren Maynard. I gav of the sales staff on the Prestige MB website. I wanted to find a salesperson who had been with Prestige for a while and found Darren Maynard. I gave him a call, set up an appointment and met with him. I looked at new and pre-owned vehicles. Darren spent over three hours with me. We drove several models and discussed the trade-offs between new and pre-owned. Not once did Darren try to move me more quickly than I felt comfortable. I ended up putting a deposit down on a pre-owned, very well equipped, E350. The car was not yet at the store at the time. When it showed up after going through the CPO certification process, my wife and I went to see and drive it. It was great – except it was ugly. The exterior was nice but the interior looked a lot like the color of a basketball. There was nothing else pre-owned that met my needs on Prestige's lot at the time (I wanted a fold down rear seat). A couple of weeks went by and I saw a 2011 E350 with very low mileage on the Prestige website. I called Darren who scouted out the car for me. I put a deposit on the car, subject to it being seen and driven . Darren called when the car arrived after being certified and told it was a "10 out of 10". And it was. I took delivery of the care four nights ago. Darren is an amazing salesperson. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the car that I wanted at a price that I felt was very fair. Darren is exactly the kind of person that I like to do business with. He is friendly, funny (at least most of the time), low pressure (which is what works best for me), very knowledgeable, passionate about the product he is selling, and very honest. I would have no hesitation recommending Darren (and Prestige) to any of my friends. Kevin Bergeron in the finance group was great to work with as well. He took the time to explain the add-on services and products available. Finally, Steve Barragato., even though it was past closing, took the time to go over the features of the car with me and encouraged me to call him at anytime with any questions (he even put his business card on my visor). I did call Steve with a few questions following delivery of the car and he was very helpful. This is the second car that I purchased at Prestige MB. So, I have experience working with the service department as well. I was lucky enought to get Rui Costa as my service advisor. Rui takes the time to explain the service being performed. I have also met Tony Pinho, one of the service managers. Tony was able to offer advice on some of the options available through the finance group. Prestige MB deserves a lot of credit for building such a professional team. More
