We have been Mercedes Benz owners for a number of years. Prestige Motors by far makes the car experience the most pleasant, whether it be in purchasing or servicing. All of its employees display professionalism at all times. This was the first time we dealt with Kenneth Shattuck as our representative. We arrived there late one Tuesday evening without an appointment, and he was more than willing to stay well after closing to find the right vehicle for us. He had the vehicle and all paperwork ready for delivery at our convenience. We picked up our vehicle on Thursday evening. Ken explained in detail the features on the vehicle, some of which we were familiar with and others which were new. The delivery specialist was very kind with us. He was very knowledgable about the car. He helped us with all the safety features and the extras as to what they do and how they work. He was patient with us while we asked him at least a thousand questions. The insurance specialist gave us a huge discount and helped us pick the right insurance based on how much we drive. Everyone treated us as if we were part of their family. We walked away with the car very happy. More
