I had a terrible experience with Prestige Mercedes previously, that made me move over to Benzel Busch. But my fiancee and I were both in the market for cars and we were driving up and down Route 17 j previously, that made me move over to Benzel Busch. But my fiancee and I were both in the market for cars and we were driving up and down Route 17 just popping into dealerships. We walked into Prestige around dinner time just out of curiosity, whether a car will be available for a test drive, and if they have better sales consultant this time. Robert greeted us and asked us a few questions and then made it seamless for a test drive. Because I told him that I want to test drive both SLK250 and SLK350, in that order, he went out of his way to make this possible for me. In 15 degree weather, he went up to the roof to make the 250 available for me to drive before I drove the 350, even though 350 was right next to the building. I fell in love with the car during my test drive and made it was pointless to even test drive the 350. I presented him with the quote that I got from Benzel Busch, and he beat that price by far! A great customer service AND great price all at the same time! This does not come around often in the car sales industry. Because we walked into the dealer so late, by the time we were signing paperwork, the dealership was closed and we had to come back on the next day to take delivery of the car. He stayed an hour and half after the dealership closed for the day to make sure our paperwork is in order, and came in on his day off, on the following day to give us delivery of the car. All we had to do was come in on the following day, learn about the car and drive off. What a wonderful experience. If you are in the market for another Mercedes, Robert Mann at Prestige Mercedes is the person to go to. I will definitely return to him for another Benz. More
