I have purchased two mercedes benz vehicles from another dealership in the past, Prestige is in a different league then the previous dealerships i dealt with. Salesman Joseph Puga did a great job. I did not feel any stress or pressure working with him. He did not waste my time,did not say no to my,sometimes unreasonable demands and made my car buying experience truly pleasurable. I have purchased and leased many cars through the years and this has been the smoothest and best experience i've ever had with a car salesman and dealership. I feel that Prestige has the best selection of vehicles and has the best pricing,compared to the many,other dealershipes I had visited. They made me feel like they truly appreciated my business. Also, Joe Puga came in on his day off, to finalize the paperwork for my vehicle and did not leave until I was totally done purchasing my vehicle and all my questions were answered. Al Reci did an oustanding job also. Most financial managers are dry and uninformative. Al Reci was all the opposite. Al Reci took the time to go over many financial options, to suit my needs. I did not feel rushed. I also have to mention, Joe Marino. He went above and beyond, helping my wife and I, learning the new features on my 2012 ML350 and setting up our Sirius and Mbrace trials. I write to share my experience with Prestige Motors; most specifically Anthony Amelio. I had the misfortune of having my parked S Class hit by a drunk driver two years ago on Christmas Eve. Absolutely lo specifically Anthony Amelio. I had the misfortune of having my parked S Class hit by a drunk driver two years ago on Christmas Eve. Absolutely loved the car and from that day was considering getting another. Long story short, one day while perusing the web I came upon a CPO S550 on the Prestige website that was a total match for what I was looking for. Consequently, I called the dealership and Anthony was randomly assigned to me. From that point forward he took ownership of my satisfaction as a client. His level of professionalism and service was off the charts beginning with my test drive and continuing through the day I took delivery of the vehicle. He consistently took the time to address my concerns and where appropriate brought in the "resident expert" to make sure I was given a complete response to my query. Despite this being my eighth automobile purchase as a buyer you tend to be mistrusting of dealers due to prior experiences. Anthony and the rest of the folks at Prestige went a long way to allay these concerns. It is for the aforementioned reasons and more that I had a very positive experience at Prestige and look forward to recommending them to family, friends and colleagues. Also, the next time I am in the market for a car Prestige will be my first stop. More

Amazing shopping experience (Saturday December 1, 2012) Amazing shopping experience (Saturday December 1, 2012) –First Impressions: Having never been to Prestige Motors/Mercedes my expectation was that t Amazing shopping experience (Saturday December 1, 2012) –First Impressions: Having never been to Prestige Motors/Mercedes my expectation was that the sales harassment would begin upon my entering the establishment. I couldn’t have been more wrong. To my pleasant surprise, not only were the showroom doors held open for me by two friendly greeters (a very nice and appreciated touch – made me feel special), I was also greeted by friendly, professional front desk staff who asked if I needed assistance. I made no appointment but just wanted to browse. I moved freely about the showroom without any sales person trying to spoon-feed a vehicle to me. This was a major plus! My first impression was “this place is awesome!” (Sunday December 2, 2012) – Nosey, lot shopper: Knowing that Prestige would be closed on Sunday, My partner and I decided to take another ride over to Prestige to see other vehicle’s on the lot. A pre-owned Black GLK350 caught our attention. It had Low mileage and a great price. It looked showroom new. I had to have it! (Monday December 3, 2012) – Time to test drive: I contacted Prestige Motors to schedule an appointment to meet with a Sales person. The woman who scheduled my appointment (whose name escapes me) was very nice and said that I would be meeting with Falgun Mody. A time was scheduled for later that evening. Upon arrival, my partner and I were promptly greeted by Falgun Mody and not wanting to waste any time, we told Falgun about the pre-owned GLK350 that we were interested in. He quickly checked to see if the vehicle was available and it was. After processing copies of drivers licenses (which was expected), we left for our test drive. The vehicle was awesome! We were equally as impressed with Falgun’s knowledge of the vehicle. He answered every question we had without missing a beat. Falgun never pressured us and was very reassuring about the Mercedes product. We could tell from mile one of the test drive that he was proud to work for Prestige Motors/Mercedes and this spoke volumes to us. In addition, Falgun’s personality was one where it made it easy for us to ask questions. We even discussed family’s etc. which made the test ride feel more like a ride to Grandma’s house at Thanksgiving than a cold test drive. This made the test ride all the more real for us. Falgun was gracious in taking his time with us and not once did he try to rush us out of the showroom even though we knew what time Prestige was opened until. Now that’s customer service! (Tuesday December 4, 2012) – Time to purchase: Early a.m., I provided all personal required information to Falgun over the phone to save time and within seconds was told that I was approved. Early afternoon, I came into the showroom and met with Falgun to finalize all paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was parked in front of the building. I honestly thought it was a brand new vehicle. Regardless, Falgun was not happy with the appearance and made sure that the vehicle was rebuffed to take out any imperfections. He did not feel that it met Prestige Motors or his standards. I was quite impressed. I had never received this level of service at a car dealership. In addition to Falgun’s amazing customer service, I met with Finance Manager Al Reci who provided the same level of customer service. He went over all personal information and finance charges with me. He advised that he wanted me to be comfortable with all charges before I signed any paperwork. There was no stone left unturned and no pressure and I left the showroom feeling as if I made the best purchase of my life. In closing, the cover of the bi-fold that holds all the transactional information states “Welcome to the Family.” I have to be perfectly honest; you have ALL made me feel like I’m now part of the Mercedes family. I’m hooked for life! A huge heartfelt thank you to all of you for making this vehicle purchase the easiest and most awesome experience I’ve ever had in buying a car!
