I live in NYC but Jeff convinced me to make my way to NJ and it was well worth the travel. It was only matter of hours before I took delivery of vehicle with exact option I needed at price I think more than fair. Jeff is the best. He never pressured me and was always straight forward. Approximately 3 months ago my girlfriend and I purchased a car at Prestige and had the pleasure of working with Andrew Franco. Upon recommendation from a family member we went to meet with Andrew and looke a car at Prestige and had the pleasure of working with Andrew Franco. Upon recommendation from a family member we went to meet with Andrew and looked over the inventory on a busy Saturday. Andrew greeted us right away and directed us toward the model we were interested in. He allowed us to go over the car at our own pace and was in no way pushy or shadowing our every move. When we were ready to talk numbers we sat down and he had already outlined a few different options to go through. Andrew was very thorough in his review of the different plans and made it very easy to understand our options. We ended up negotiating a very competitive deal and drove our GLK away that same day. Now the fun...following Hurricane Sandy our brand new car was totaled in the storm with irreparable water damage. After our first call to our insurance company, Andrew was next. We explained the situation and that we wanted to simply replace the model we had originally leased. Right away, Andrew went to work searching his inventory and sending us options (including pics!) of what he could offer. Our insurance covered the payoff on the car but unfortunately we had lost our original down payment of approximately $5000. Upon hearing this, Andrew repeatedly worked with his financial managers to help as best he could for us to recoup some of that lost money. We ended up meeting him exactly a week after the storm on a Tuesday night at 8pm (closing time). Andrew had the model we had spoke about already prepped and sitting out front when we arrived. We got right to work talking numbers and ended up driving away with our 2nd new car at 930 that night with a payment that we felt was a good deal considering the circumstances. Andrew and his staff, including Kevin Bergeron went out of their way to stay late to make sure we had a car again to help ease the difficulty of recovering from the hurricane. We highly recommend both Prestige and Andrew for your Mercedes needs! We look forward to the same type of experience in the future....hopefully a bit longer than 3 months this time. THANK YOU ANDREW! I have one disappointment and that was, i had requested a hitch to be put on the back of the truck. I had explained thouroughly that the hitch should be rated for over and beyond the 7500 lb rating, i expla hitch to be put on the back of the truck. I had explained thouroughly that the hitch should be rated for over and beyond the 7500 lb rating, i explained to joe that i was to tow with a load close to or over the 7500 lb limit. And was assured that the hitch would be rated for that. The hitch had only a 6000lb rating and only after did i notice it when i was about to drive away i was told that an aftermarket bar assembly would be coming in that "I" could install. I went home to the shop and noticed that my other hitches on my other work trucks were rated for 10,000 lbs. (no after market retro needed) i bought a $51,000 truck. To have that on the back and to be told i was to retro it was anti-climatic....:( -Nick More
