We recently visited Prestige and of course I entered with my guard up as I would do in all other dealerships I visited. Upon entering, approx. 1 hour before closing, we were greeted with a warm welcome by 2 lovely ladies, Samantha (and I forgot the other lady's name). I told her I was inquiring about the C300 and she immediately connected us with Jonathan Gutierrez. Upon introducing ourselves we completely felt welcome and the guard had gone down (a little). He took his time to explain many options as well as take us for a test drive in several cars, by this time the dealership was closed but Jonathan assured us it was not a problem and we could take our time in deciding on a car. He again, worked with us to give the best possible deal as well as a car that fit our needs to a T! By the next day, we drove out with a Brand New C300 which again, exceeded our every expectation and made this the BEST Car buying experience Ever!! We cannot Thank Jonathan as well as Samantha enough for the professionalism and courtesy that they gave us! I cannot recommend them enough and I wish anybody reading this will take our advice and visit this magnificently run business and the wonderful staff they have!!
